If you start your stay prior to February 14th, 2026, you can take advantage of our Valentine’s Day 60-Day Promotion. This is perfect for travelers in transition or anyone looking to kick off the New Year with a change of scenery. Limited room availability. We have a few rooms available in multiple homes in Bradenton and Sarasota.

Room for Rent starting at $30 per day/$210 per 7 days stay for 1BR-Single occupancy (1person).It is only an additional $5/day to upgrade to a private ensuite bathroom.

Rooms include free onsite Laundry, a full kitchen, and utilities including high-speed internet. All rooms are fully furnished. NO SMOKING or PETS.

To start your stay, you will need a valid government ID, a deposit of $500 (fully refundable) and a minimum of 5 days stay at $30/day. The total cost to start your stay is a minimum of $650, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The base price is the daily rate for single occupancy (1 person) with access to a shared bathroom. Additional fees could apply for access to private bathroom, an attached garage, private entrance or double occupancy (2 people).

Our housing does not require a background check and is open to all that are in need of private housing. Our housing is Co-Ed.
