My wife and I are seeking a responsible, single roommate to share our beautiful brand new built home in Georgetown! We are located by Hwy 29 and Ronald Reagan in brand new community. Rent would be $850/mo.

If you are ONLY interested in being confined in a single, 4 walled room, then maybe this isn’t the best fit for you. Honestly, you could probably find a room at a cheaper rate elsewhere. The appeal for this rental is not only the spacious bedroom and bathroom, but the awesome shared spaces that are included. See pics to get a better understanding!

In addition to the 11x13’ (approx.) room (with walk-in closet), you will have access to private bathroom with dual vanity and separate toilet. (see pics below).
