Hello I am an ArtCenter Alumni. I am looking for one person to share a 3-bedroom craftsman in Pasadena. (one room is my office). The room is private, you will have your own entrance, and your own bathroom. ALL utility bills are INCLUDED in the rent: internet, water, electricity, gas, trash, internet, etc.It’s a great house in a great location: a quiet neighborhood. A large living room, dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, fridge, front porch, front and back yard, and parking. Great for students at Art Center, PCC or Cal Tech.
