Nice room for rent in Accokeek, MD. Right next to 210 and close to the National Harbor, Alexandria and within 30 minutes drive to Virginia and Washington DC. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. House conveniently located down the street from fast food, grocery and gas station. The room itself is newly renovated and includes all utilities, internet and cable. The environment is very quiet and laid back and has everything you need. Looking for someone that is easy going, respectful, clean and pays on time. I am okay with pets on a case by case basis. I have attached some pictures here but the large king size bed (which has since been taken out) makes the room look much smaller than it is. Its a pretty decent size room.
