Huge 3rd floor primary suite which has its own sitting area, large bathroom, and walk-in closet.

The suite is big - about 360 sqft of just the bedroom space. It has big windows on both sides of the building so lots of natural light. The bathroom has two separate sinks, a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, and powder room. Closet has built in storage. Most of the shared living space is on the second floor which includes the kitchen, living room, and dining area.

Asking rent is $1600 with utilities split evenly with the household. You will need to apply to join our lease with the landlord. Sublets are not available. Lease ends 30 April 2027.

Your roommates are 4 cats and 2 women who live on the 4th floor. We are both fairly quiet and neat.

The cats are very friendly and social so you need to like felines!
