This eclectically curated apartment, located in the historic Hyde Park neighborhood is a characteristicly charming hideaway nestled above a strip of established local businesses. Spacious and stylish, this 1,700 sq ft home is the only residential unit in a commercial space located above Fannie’s West African Cuisine, Harvest Moon Botanica, an African braid shop, in addition to a beloved community café called Anchor Island Coffee. A Troost Max stop is stationed directly outside of the unit, as well as quick access to 71 Hwy and just minutes away from all the best areas Kansas City has to offer!
