About the room
Private room with a view of the woods. This room is on the second floor which you have the whole second floor with a bathroom and walk in closet. Also has a nook area with a built in desk. You will have use of the pool area, bar-b-que and kitchen. Just clean up after yourself please. Laundry room with washer and dryer incl. Upstairs has its own a/c unit.
About the roomies
We are a married couple. This is a very safe, quiet neighborhood at the end of a Cul-de-sac with a preserve behind us. We don’t smoke cigarettes but have a smoking area out back on the patio. You must like dogs, we have two. The room is furnished and if you need something else we will try to accommodate you.
