Looking for someone to take over my side of the lease because I urgently have to move out of state. The apartment is a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath (you’ll have your own bathroom!!) in Lakewood Colorado. Room is spacious and has a very large window. It’s located right off of 6th and Simms and is 15 minutes away from downtown Denver. The light rail/ RTD is 5 minutes away. Kingsoopers and many restaurants as well as hospitals and clinics are within walking distance!! It is on the 2nd story of a 3 story building. There is one dog (American bulldog mix) in the apartment who is VERY friendly. Washer/ dryer in unit! Balcony to smoke cigarettes if you do. Also, 420 friendly!!!

Roommate is an 18 year old girl who works full time. She is very sweet and generous. Her dog is awesome and loves to be loved :) (he’s an American bulldog mix).
