It is a minute drive away from tax-free Delaware. Interstate 95 N & S are both just a 3 minute drive away.

The unit we will share is clean and unfurnished. You will have access to the whole house and all of the amenities the community offers. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

I work in warehousing and I’m a massage therapy student. I will be out of the house regularly to go to school, work, the gym, and to do other hobbies or errands.

I am hygienic, tidy, respectful, caring, supportive, dependable, modest, & protective. I strive to give young women a safe comfortable place to rent.

I can live with introverts or extroverts but you must be clean, respectful, honest, dependable and communicative. You must make at least $2500 a month.
