The bedroom that is up for rent is located upstairs with the bathroom right across from it. It’s a very spacious bedroom with new carpet installed & freshly painted. I also provide a personal refrigerator for you to use. I do allow use of the kitchen & washer & dryer. My house is located in a quiet residential area in front of a school. It’s 5 minutes from a shopping center that has a Stater Brothers & Walmart.
About the roomies
In my home, I have 2 teenage boys & my husband. I do have a cat and a golden retriever, they are very friendly pets. My children keep to themselves & respect other’s privacy. I work at a hospital mid shifts & night shifts. My husband also has a job.
