I am looking for an interested clean individual or a couple (with no kids) to rent one of the 4 rooms (upstairs) in my house. Room is unfurnished.

House was built in year 2015 so it’s a pretty new house! It’s in a gated community with a clubhouse (which includes a swimming pool and a half basketball court) that you may also have access to if you wish. Neighborhood is great! Parking is easy at the street that’s very close to my house (about 25 meters away). Room has it’s own closet. Also, shared bathroom is right next to the room. House is close to all stores( target, CVS, Ross, Food for Less, etc..) and close to 5 FWY entrances/exits

Rent includes utilities, washer dryer onsite, access to kitchen and may use my spare refrigerator in the garage. Renter may also use some space in my garage for their belongings. A/C centralized. Free WiFi access! No pets allowed & No overnight guests, please.

There is a deposit of $775 and first month’s rent due on move in day. A hold fee of $200 to hold the room ( optional) and is nun-refundable. Hold fee goes towards the deposit credit if and when the applicant pushes through with renting the room. A Background Check ($20) a MUST and to be paid by the applicant.

There’s 6 people living in my house. Myself and my wife, my mom, my 3 daughters ages 17, 14, and a 6-month old baby. During the day my mom, my sister(who’s temporarily staying with me while on vacation and leaving on Mid February)and my baby are left in the house while the kids are at school and my wife and I are working. We are not back home until about 6:30 pm. We are easy to get along with.
