Hi! My name is Darius and I’m looking for a someone to take the vacant room in our townhouse

A bit about the neighborhood/townhouse:

-Located right off of Route 1 in Hybla Valley, close to Ft. Belvoir.

-Very convenient public transport right outside the neighborhood.

-Lots of families and kids in the neighborhood; active crowd and people usually keep to themselves. Never had any issues with neighbors.

-Tons of stores for shopping, a library nearby, etc., all either walking distance or a short drive away.

-Our townhouse is an end unit, so only one neighboring home.

-There is a balcony in the back and a spacious concrete backyard. The driveway has space for one car in the front. There is neighborhood parking that requires a parking pass, and everyone gets one per household. There is a functional garage that has the washer/dryer and water heater as well, but the garage is currently furnished as a lounging area.

-All common areas including the garage are fully furnished, with some work in progress for adding/removing/rearranging furniture.

-Basically, there is a lot of shared space to take advantage of. If you have people you’d like to come hang out, this is a great house to host at!

-This is a no pet household, sorry.

A bit about myself:

-I’m 28 years old and work 4-5 days a week. I’m very active so I’m in and out the house pretty frequently.

-I’m very adaptable and easygoing. Anything short of blatant disrespect or drama I have no problem with. Feeling comfortable and safe within your own home should be the bare minimum!

-I like hanging out/socializing with my roommates in and out of the house, and I like inviting friends over. I’ll never have a problem with others bringing guests. That’s what having all this space is for!

-I LOVE cooking. I do that for work and in my free time, so I do make meals for myself and my roommates when I can :)

-I’m most comfortable in a clean house and am very self-sufficient when it comes to making sure I do my part to keep the house clean. But of course, keeping the house clean between three people is harder to do alone. Cleanliness, collaboration, communication, and consideration of others are very important to me.

-I enjoy listening to music and am currently getting into music production. I have a record player in the living room and various speakers around the house that I like to use, but I don’t play them too late or too early.

I currently share the house with a woman named Jasmine who I found on this website. We get along great and stay drama-free! She is nice and respectful, and she’s frequently out of the house.
