I have a private bedroom and bathroom available in my two bedroom, two bath apartment on Western Blvd. The room has a king-size bed but it’s otherwise unfurnished. The bathroom has plenty of storage, including a large vanity and a floor-to-ceiling linen closet. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer. All utilities (water, electricity, and internet) are included in the rent. The apartment complex also has an on-site gym. Pictures are available on request. Let me know if you have any questions.

I’m pretty quiet and I work from home, so I spend most of my time in my room. I’m respectful, laid back, and I like to keep things clean.
