Hi! I’m looking to sublet my bedroom to September 22nd at The Urby (155 Washington St, Newark). The apartment is in a prime location—about a 15-minute walk to NYC-bound trains, close to NJIT, and situated in the heart of Rutgers University–Newark. The bedroom includes two large closets and a private bathroom. The kitchen and living areas are shared spaces. The unit features premium appliances, a washer and dryer, and offers beautiful views of the Newark and Manhattan skylines. The building is relatively new (approximately 3–4 years old) and offers outstanding amenities, including a restaurant on the first floor, a state-of-the-art gym, study lounges and rooms, a rooftop lounge, and a game room. The bedroom is unfurnished. This is a two-bedroom apartment, so you will be sharing the space with one roommate. I’m seeking a clean, quiet, and respectful individual to take over my spot on the lease; applicants must submit a credit application and meet the building’s approval criteria.
