Rental is in Eastvale. Easy access to I-15, Highway 60, 71 and 91. I have a total of 2 rooms. Some rooms are bigger than the other. Rooms have a separate entrance from the main house and you will have your privacy coming in and out. The room is carpeted and furnished with a queen size bed. There is a nice courtyard sitting area with fireplace that you can use to enjoy a quiet morning or afternoon. Ideal for working professionals who are looking for a peaceful and respectful living environment

First month rent and one month deposit required at move in. The rent include all utilities and internet.
