Apartment comes with a patio, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and AC/heater. Living room and dining room are fully furnished! So is the kitchen. (dishes/utensils/pots/pans.)

Hi, I’m Ryan! My current roommates are about to move out and I’m looking for someone to take their room!

I work full-time (nights) and usually come home around 3am. In my free time I’m either in my room indulging in my hobbies, hiking with my dog or drawing. I have a dog and a cat who free-roam when I am not home - but they are trained, well-behaved and clean.

I pride myself on being a dependable roommate and keep the shared areas tidy and clean. I’m very friendly and love meeting new people.
