About the room
Clean house, nice neighborhood, rural area. Half hour from Tampa, half hour from Bradenton. Also a half hour from downtown St Pete. 2 miles from the bay. I don’t do drugs or drink alcohol, no guests please, safe place. Month to month lease.
About the roomies
3 bedroom house. I try to rent out the 2 spare rooms, but I have to be particular about who I rent to. If you don’t do drugs or your not into partying then we would be a good fit!! Non judgemental. Smoking is welcome on the screen porch. 420 ok out there only.
