Share custom built home on 1/3 acre in Fountain Hills with Million Dollar View from private loft bedroom and 2 private balconies. Unwind overlooking most of FH, or swimming laps in the custom pool. Fresh grapefruit from trees on the property. Can be furnished or unfurnished as needed. MUST be dog friendly, female and cannabis ok otherwise cigarette non-smoker.
About the roomies
Two female roommates, retired medical professionals who mostly keep to themselves, enjoy cooking which may cause you weight gain. 🤭. Pets ok, but our dogs do not do well with cats (so sorry). We rarely use the gorgeous pool or backyard decks. Plenty of space for outdoor garden among other outdoor hobbies.
