Short walk to 2 grocery stores, major shopping mall The Shoppes at Carlsbad, movie theatre, pool/sauna. bars and restaurants. Just 2 miles to the beach. Full access to kitchen, refrigerator will be shared with just 1 person. Room is for 1 person only. Looking for non-smoker who does not use drugs. Student or Professional must be quiet, peaceful, responsible, and clean. Bed can be removed if tenant prefers their own bed. Student or Professional is responsible for their own food. No overnight guests. International students welcome. Owner has had student tenants from Japan, China, and France, both male and female. Owner is American but can speak Japanese and French.

Easy access to Hwy 78 and I-5. Mira Costa college is just 3 miles away. Bus stop is also a short walk away (Routes 302 and 325), for those students who do not have a car. If you have a car, there is street parking. On occasion, the homeowner may be available to drive student to or from Mira Costa college. CSUSM 20 minute drive away. Beach just 2 miles away.

Only 1 person lives here, the property owner. I am quiet, peaceful, non-smoker, and would appreciate a housemate who is the same. No parties here, no overnight guests please.
