About the room
House is located at the Denver/Englewood Border, about 2 miles from Denver University and Englewood Station. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person who lives downstairs. We have lots of room and you would have half the basement to put whatever you want. There is plenty of garage and street parking. On site laundry. AC, internet etc all included in flat fee. We currently have a dog and would be ok with more depending on size and personality.
About the roomies
House setup is two room upstairs and two downstairs. Current roomies are three guys (23, 25 and 28) who work full time. Nice, laid back and quiet atmosphere. We keep our house very clean and are very respectful of other people’s property and food. We are looking for a like minded individual to live with us.
