Home is located near the Cherry Creek State Park, quiet, safe family oriented neighborhood. Cul de sac so plenty of parking available. large fenced in backyard, home, Gym, home is equipped with a large dog door if needed. The room is located upstairs along with plenty of closet space and your own private bathroom. There are other rooms upstairs, which I would not be renting out so you would be welcomed to use the additional space if needed. washer,dryer laundry room available whenever you feel up to the task. There are currently no pets in the home the dog you see in one of the photos was from last year.. open to the idea if you have a dog or a cat yourself..
