I have one room available for rent in my cozy sunny two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a house.It is located in the heart of Astoria and steps away from a variety of coffee shops, bars, grocery and restaurants. M and R train just 1 block away. The room is approximately 130 square feet, no closets but furnished with a queen size bed and a huge dresser. I also have basement access if you need additional storage space.

Keep in mind that the previous roommate has decorated her room in a manner that differs from the photos I provided, but it can be reverted to its original appearance once she moves out.

Room is available for rental June 5. Rent is $1050 plus utilities which average between 50-70 per month. Security deposit -$1000
