Room available in my 4-bedroom, 3 bath home. Lake St. Charles is a nice, quiet, residential community located just off I-75 in Riverview, near 301& Bloomingdale Ave. The community has a beautiful pool, hot tub, tennis and volleyball courts and a paved, walking, jogging, biking trail. The property is very conveniently located to Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Orlando, Lakeland, and Sarasota. The room is 12“ by 11“, has a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser and nice size closet. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom door. Off street parking is in the 3-car driveway. The rent includes electric, water, gas and Wi-Fi. The home is fully furnished including a washer and dryer.
About the roomies
I am a single female, empty nester whose daughter has gone off to college. Currently, I am the only person living in the 2,500 sq. ft. home but have 2 rooms available.
