Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Lanham, Maryland (Prince George’s County), this updated single-level ranch home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a spacious fenced yard, ample parking, and is secured with cameras and smart locks.
The newly renovated suite includes a private entrance, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, and a wall-mounted TV. It comes with a full-size Murphy bed, sofa, desk/table, ceiling fan, sound acoustic wall panels, two closets, and a large mirrored door. The suite also has an en-suite washer and dryer and easy access to the kitchen.
About the roomies
The house is currently vacant, with only occasional visits scheduled for contractor meetings. We plan to begin a bathroom renovation and a rear addition on the other side of the house in late June or July.
A mother and daughter, both aged 50+, will be moving back in the fall, but the suite will remain available for rent.
