Enjoy the seclusion and privacy of the side of the house all to yourself with a spacious bedroom, with a king bed and private bath. Room has 40 Inch office desk and chair that is pretty comfortable for work/school from home. Your room has 65 inch smart TV. Dresser and closet has lots of space for your items. Shared use of kitchen with use of all appliances and cookware available. Private driveway parking. You will definitely find more than you see on pictures!

All bills included! High speed internet and Netflix will be provided.

I’ll not rent other rooms so you’ll be the only person who will be sharing the house with me.

Important! - Rental for minimum 30 days and security deposit($550) required.

I kindly request a quiet working environment as I work from home between 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays.

Quite time after 12 am till 9 am.

No inviting friends to stay up late or sleepover please. Same for me, I’ll not invite friends to stay up late or sleepover. No pets because I have British Shorthair.

I’m a software engineer and working from home. I treat people with dignity and respect so expect others to behave in the same way.
