The room is very spacious! I had a large dresser, a desk, a rocking chair and my full/ queen bed fit in there comfortably. There is a spacious yard with some raised beds if you desire to plant something in there this spring. There’s also a chicken coupe if you ever decide you want chickens but that would have to be a roommate discussion. There is an in unit washer and dryer and a spacious kitchen and one shareable bathroom with plenty of storage.

IM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO SUBLEASE UNTIL MAY. With the possibility of resigning the lease in may if all roommates agree.

The roommates are very friendly and tidy, and they both have dogs and cannot take anymore pets in the house. One of the roommates works at home most of the night and day so please keep it respectful when inviting company over. The other roommate is a full time student and works often.
