Utilities included in rent: Water, Sewer, Trash removal. Not included in rent: Wi-Fi (Xfinity), Electric (PECO), & Gas (PGW). -Free street parking on a one-way street -Smoking and vaping are not allowed -Near the 33, 61, & 2 buses. Also near the Girard Ave trolley (G1) and only a 1/2 mile from the Broad-Girard stop on the BSL.

• Landlord has a firm requirement of a credit score that is at least 625. -Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

Both the entryway door & unit front door require a code for entry. There is technically no living room, just a 3rd bedroom which we would share for whatever use we decide. There is a small space at the front of the kitchen with my couch & TV as a sort of “mini living room”. The kitchen itself is equipped with a gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster. It features two large windows that overlook the street. The bathroom is next to the kitchen & has a new vanity/sink. My bedroom (not pictured) is next to the bathroom. Down the hallway are the other 2 bedrooms; you can choose which one you prefer. The hall is rather winding but it does lead out to a private backyard. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, which is right outside the front door of the unit. The washer is free & the dryer is 4 quarters. There is central heating & cooling. The majority of the unit is hardwood floor, with exceptions of the bathroom & 2nd bedroom.

Besides the empty bedroom, the unit is mostly furnished, and I have a good amount of kitchen items that you can use. If you don’t have a lot of furniture/house stuff, this could be ideal for you, but I also definitely have room for more items!
