Time to get away from the city/suburbs! Renting a room in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home in Lake of the Woods for a student/ professional FEMALE only, furnished $1000. Includes Utilities. The bedroom has a full bed, full closet, desk and nightstand which can be rented unfurnished too. The room is located on the 1st floor and the bathroom is shared for visitors/guests if needed. There is a high expectation to keep the bathroom clean. I have my own space and bathroom upstairs. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry, outdoor and living space. See pictures. The house is fully furnished (not reflected in the pictures with the exception of the bedroom for rent). No smoking! Lake of the Woods is a securely gated community approx. 15 miles west of Fredericksburg, east of Culpeper, and 65 miles from DC that offers a wealth of amenities for both land and lake lovers.

I travel for work and will not be around as much, if at all, at least until the warmer months to visit. Its almost like getting the full house to yourself. I do have another room potentially for rent with private access to the patio. I would consider a small family situation and/ possibly small pets.
