Transportation is ideal with the 123 bus just a 5 minute walk away reaching Port Authority in just under 30 minutes.

You are also just a 15 minute walk to the 9th street/Congress street Light Rail with connection to the Hoboken Path and Downtown Jersey City.

The condo is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom therefore it will be just myself that you are living with.

The room is priced at $1,195 a month which excludes utilities/internet - this will be split in half between you and myself.

You will also have access to the shared living space, shared bathroom with a full soaking bathtub and the eat-in kitchen with views of Manhattan!

The building also has a private backyard space which is available for use.
