This is a 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom, 2 car garage townhome located in the Erindale Townhome community. Walking distance to the Pulpit Rock Open Space, coffee shops and a few restaurants. Quiet community with lots of young families and retirees, perfect for those looking for a peaceful neighborhood to live in! Rent is $925 for each of us ($1850 total) plus utilities which is at most about an additional $180 each. Minimum credit score is 625, earning of twice monthly rent ($1850) gross per month, and the property management company does require an application through them with a background check.

My name is Stephanie, I am 28 year old woman with a small, hypoallergenic (non-shedding), very loving cockapoo named Jack. Unfortunately no additional dogs or cats are allowed. My current roommate is getting married and moving out of the second bedroom. I love this area and townhome so much, and I am hoping to find another roommate who will love it the way we have!
