Hi I ( Crystal) am helping my dad ( Jorge) find some roommates! I do not live there.
This listing is for 3rd tenant/ room This room is 10x10 feet.
The price will include some bills like trash, cable and water.
PG&E will be split by # of tenants.
Lots of access to living room and kitchen as Jorge does not really use them much.
***NO washer/ dryer.
Main bedroom is used by (my dad) middle age male. Works a lot, not home too often.
The 2nd and 3rd room are for rent. The bathroom is shared by 2nd and 3rd tenant
About the roomies
Jorge works a lot. When he is not working on weekends tries to go spend time with grand kids.
He hardly uses living room and kitchen so others can use it a lot!
All we ask is that it’s quiet after 10pm so he can sleep to wake up for work
He has 1 dog who will be outside until he comes home from work and then he brings into his room
