MOVE IN ASAP! This is a first floor two bed two bath apartment right in Vista off of Sycamore Avenue! You will have your own private bathroom and own room with a nice walk in closet! No carpet, just hard wood floors :) There is a spacious patio and storage closet outside. It is right down the street from Target, Trader Joes, Walmart, Sephora, Stater Brothers… you name it! Plus Carlsbad beach and Oceanside are only 20 minutes away!! There is a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court onsite as well! The laundry room is directly across from the apartment (30 second walk) and is open 24/7! There is lots of guest parking and street parking too! It is typically a very quiet neighborhood, and really safe, I have never felt bad vibes along this street!! About 10/15 minutes away from CSUSM and Palomar, so this is a great fit for students!! Overall, the apartment is in a great location and so cute I am sad to have to relocate!! females only Originally the lease was a year long (Through October 2026) so you would be signing in and taking over until then, with the option to renew of course! No security deposit since you would just be filling in!

Water, trash, and sewage are added onto the monthly rent, usually comes out to around $50 per person (which is evenly split), which would make your rent about $1250 each month! Wifi comes out to about $50 as well and SDGE usually runs about $60. (all of which are evenly split!)

Your future roommate Gabbie is super sweet, fun, easy going, and hard working! She is dedicated to body building and a healthy lifestyle! She is always on the grind so she isn’t home much during the day time. She also has a super sweet doberman that lives for head scratches! I have to move because I got a better big girl job (yay!), and the commute just is not feasible for me. I am super bummed to be leaving such a cute place and am hoping someone else can find as much joy and peace as I do here!!
