I’m looking to rent a room in my house. Renting for $900 includes utilities with a $300 deposit to secure your room. Ready by February 1st. There are no pets as we have 2 small dogs and a tortoise already. Shared bathroom. Room can come furnished with desk, TV, and full-size bed or unfurnished. I am looking for a female, possibly a college student who is a hard-working individual who needs a place to live. Please message for interview (walk through/questions). A background and credit check will be done if you choose us.

You will have access to the washer and dryer. You will be able to use the kitchen and appliances, however, not the refrigerator (you will need a mini fridge). Street parking is available.

I live with my boyfriend and we have 2 doggies. We have 1 other female roommate who works and attends school. We are very clean people and easy to get along with.

We typically are lights out around 10pm Sunday through Thursday as we start our day around 8am for work M-F. We are looking for someone that cleans up after their selves, and doesn’t mind sharing household cleaning by-weekly.

We enjoy having dinner with friends and family. Game nights, cook outs, movie nights. We really would love our new roommate to feel like family. With that said we don’t mean that we have to always be together but just know you will have the option to participate in gatherings.

During summer (June-September), we have an above ground pool that can be used. We have a Blackstone and love to BBQ on weekends. Please message to come check out the room/house/area

We are cannibas friendly, we don’t smoke but have friends that do and we don’t mind it outside.

The room is for 1 single person but you may have kids come visit, possibly stay a night or 2 (we would have to communicate further)
