About the room

4 bdrm, 2 bath. Large fenced in back yard with fire pit. You would have the end suite with your own bathroom. I am a 37 yo single dad working home based most of the time. I have two children boys 7 & 4 who are well behaved for the most part and will be here 50% of the time. The house is a ranch style that is a little dated but I keep it in good shape.
