Hi, I have a medium sized room available at a house to rent in Hephzibah, 7 minutes from Ft Gordon Gate 5 off Winston Way. 5 minutes from Walmart Neighborhood Market and other stores. It’s on Fairington Dr. Utilities are included. Internet is included. Room is furnished. There is a shared bathroom. The ideal tenant keeps to themselves and does their own thing. They clean up after themselves and provide most of their own supplies. They are quiet, respectful, peaceful, follow house rules, and are responsible. The room is for one person. No dogs. No couples. The tenant will pay rent by a weekly or monthly rate. The weekly rate is $160 per week or the monthly rate is $620. To move in, a $350 security deposit is needed in additon to one month’s rent. The weekly rate would require two weeks rent plus the security deposit. I do not live at the property. I own it and will manage the property as the landlord. I live locally.

Two male tenants live at the property already. One is military and works at Ft Eisenhower in his late twenties. The other guy is in his 50s and works for the Department of Corrections. Both are quiet and keeps to themselves.
