About the room

The room is located in a property that sits on the bay and has a beautiful outside patio right alongside the water (look up Mariners Cove Apartments for pictures). There’s a nice size TV in there with a firestick connected to it and a beautiful new dresser. Wifi is also included. Full access to an eat in kitchen with a built in washer & dryer. I ask you to pay for the monthly rent due no later than the 3rd of the month, 1/3 of the electric & water and half of the household incidentals (toilet paper, paper towels and such). This can be negotiated at move in.

About the roomies

I am the only other person on the property and you will never meet a nicer guy. I am very easy going and extremely friendly!! I work 2 jobs (one from home, one not) so I’m rarely even home. A couple of things I do require:

Cleanliness - This is a deal breaker. The first time I have to clean up after you will be the last.
You need to be employed. I will ask to see pay stubs.
Lifestyle - I don’t mind if you have a significant other stay over 1 OR 2 NIGHTS a week. But please don’t abuse it. I’m renting to YOU – no one else.
I will not tolerate substance abusive behavior. I want no illicit drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. It is against property policy and would jeopardize my tenancy here.

I prefer folks with daytime work as I do. That’s not to say I won’t rent to you if you work nights. I just ask you don’t scurry around at all hours of the night. I am requesting these things because of a bad experience I had with a previous renter. Also, we don’t have to be best friends but I would like a little common courtesy when it comes to communication. I’m just looking for a mature individual who can function without a lot of drama.
