I’m kind, respectful, and keep to myself. Looking for something long term.

My schedule is busy. I work full time and am gone for the majority of the day. I have 1 full time job and 2 side jobs.

I always keep my area and shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) clean and organized. I tidy up after myself.

I don’t smoke at all, don’t do drugs, and I don’t often drink but when I do I prefer dos X.

I have my own transportation.

I’m single and straight, and NO I don’t want to exchange any sexual payments for rent , that’s is low and disgusting.

I don’t bring company over but if I do (which it isn’t going to happen) I will be quite and respectful.
