Rent includes all utilities, electricity, gas, water, trash, internet. The house is centrally located in a quiet and established neighborhood. Very close to I-40, I-25, UNM, public transportation etc. 2-5 minutes drive to Walmart, Whole Foods, Smith’s groceries.

Looking for a vegan or vegetarian (if cooking at home), non drinker, non smoker. Someone responsible, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I am very friendly person and occasionally like to chat on common topics of interest. No pets please.
