Furnished room available with a queen size bed, side table and a decent size closet. The room can be rented on a month to month basis as well. Rent includes all utilities, electricity, gas, water, trash, internet. The house is centrally located in a quiet and established neighborhood. Very close to I-40, I-25, UNM, public transportation etc. 2-5 minutes drive to Walmart, Whole Foods, Smith’s groceries.

Looking for a vegan or vegetarian (if cooking at home), non drinker, non smoker. Someone responsible, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I am very friendly person and like to chat sometimes on common topics as time permits. Please, no pets, no overnight guests.
