We have a bright, comfortable room available for move in by August! The house is spacious and well-maintained, featuring a shared living area perfect for relaxing and a full kitchen with plenty of storage for your groceries.
One of the best perks is the in-home laundry, so you’ll never have to lug clothes to a laundromat. We also have dedicated off-street parking, which is a huge plus in Lawrence!
About the roomies
Hello! I am currently a Visual Communications student in the School of Architecture and Design at KU! It is currently just me here and I am a pretty quiet, and easy going person. Since it’s just me, the house stays quiet, which makes it a great environment for studying or relaxing after work. I’m respectful of personal space and privacy, but I’m also happy to chat in the kitchen or share a coffee now and then.
I’m looking for a fellow student or professional who is responsible, keeps the shared areas tidy, and is looking for a stable, stress free place to live!
