About the room
Offering a temporary 3-month lease at 2021 Frisch Road, Madison WI, 53711 to anyone interested. I am moving out of state within a month so I am offering to transfer my lease until it expires May 31st, 2026.
The room and property are located in a suburban neighborhood environment on the Far West Side of Madison, within a 5-10 minute drive from Fitchburg, West Towne Mall, and Junction Road Park & Ride. The neighborhood and surrounding areas have an abundance of parks/greenbelts, bike paths/sidewalks, and tree/forest cover.
The property is a 2-story townhouse duplex unit, the driveway and garages shared with 2023 Frisch Road. The unit is overall 3 bed, 2 bath (1 full bathroom+1 half bathroom). The first floor area is a partially furnished shared public space: a living room area, a smaller-medium sized kitchen area, and the half bath. The second floor has 3 private bedrooms (including yours) and the full bath down the hall. A basement with an in-unit washer and dryer is also included (entrance found in the kitchen). A front and back porch and lawn are also included for both of the townhouse units.
Keep in mind that every space except your private room is considered a public space in the townhouse unit. We consider a clean public space to be very important for comfort in the house. The property is considered a cannabis friendly space, but outdoor front/back porch smoking or vaping is preferred.
About the roomies
The townhouse unit in the past 5 years has been occupied by tenants that are mostly within a young urban professional demographic (anywhere from 22-40 years old) and have been single guys (bachelors). They like to mostly chill, hang out, or play video games. The three of us are all in our 20s and early 30s (all male). Iām a prospective new employee and the other two guys are occupied, one is a full time worker and the other is a student.
