Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, appliances, utensils, and dishes. A small storage space is available in the garage. Utility bills are built into the monthly rental payment and are paid by the owner, so your bill will be the fixed listed amount. Corner lot, parking available on the driveway or street parking.

Hi! I’m Marisa and I’m the homeowner. I live here with my corgi/doberman and Akita mix rescues. I’m a very tidy and routine person. I work in accounting, I enjoy walking the trails near my house, cleaning, cooking, and organizing. Typically I have friends over 1-2 times a week. Although I love to host and have people over, I am not a party type of person at all. Basic house rules:
