Although we live in the main house, the studio is completely private, equipped with its own kitchen and a full bathroom, plus a backyard. This fully furnished studio has been recently renovated and is available for rent in a quiet neighborhood in Fontana, CA, zip code 92336. We are 4 years hosting on Airbnb. No Pets allowed unless, there is a pet fee $50/month and twice a month cleaning each time $50 you will pay directly to the cleaning lady.
