Just a normal room , unfurnished 12x12 , 2 windows planty of light. good parking . fist last and dep ,to move in. I do a background check also to move in. There are no set times on doing anything at my house . no curfew or rules .Just keep your room clean and the kitchen and the bathroom. Do your dishes and don’t be a slob.
My tenants are low key. i have 3 males and 1 female living here. There is a bathroom up stairs as well as down stairs . I have my own so there is usually no over lapping when getting ready for work. As the other tenant upstairs works at night .The other 3 are nice everyone works to pay rent and their utilities.I’m not a charity house also no drug addictions , 420 is ok. Lgbq+ trans are welcome we all have our own life’s .Just get along with everyone and be happy. Politics and religion are not topics that I discuss. in this world staying on top of things and just living are hard enough. pay rent and your utilities and be happy..
