Completely renovated condo in the Denbigh area of Newport News. Stainless steel upgraded appliances, new washer & dryer, new HWH. Private bedroom with private bathroom for rent. Month-to-month lease. Can be fully furnished bedroom with queen size bed, dresser and desk or unfurnished if you prefer. Looking for military, professional roommate who preferably works first or second shift and sleeps during the night because the other 2 roommates work day shift jobs. Common areas fully furnished, high speed wifi, private outdoor deck, dedicated parking, community pool. All utilities will be split evenly between roommates (electric & wifi), as water, sewer & trash are included in rent. No tenant will ever pay more than their 1/3 share of utilities. The landlord will cover any vacancy. Condo community has a pool which you will be able to use when it is open.
About the roomies
I own the condo and I am a medical professional working day shift here every Sunday - Wednesday and working out of town the rest of the week. Looking for a responsible military or professional roommate to share and enjoy the property. The 2nd roommate works dayshift for FAA.
