About the room
I have a basement suite/room in a sunny 3-bed 2-bath on a quiet residential street in Bushwick for a Feb. 1st start, with possibility to move in sooner. Must be able to at least sign through September 2026, with option to renew at that time. Preferable if you can apply with a guarantor.

🐱 I have two precious cats, David and Alexis, who are super sweet and cuddly.
THE ROOM: The room is $2200 plus utilities. You are essentially getting your own suite—this is the basement room, and you would get your own bathroom with a shower and there is a second living room downstairs next to your large bedroom that would be your own space—could be another TV area, studio, etc. We would only come down there for the laundry and for one of the shared storage closets. Multiple closets. The last roommate is filling to sell some furniture, and give some of it for free as well, so when we talk we can talk more about that.
About the roomies
THE ROOMMATES: 🌸 Lillian: I am 28 and I work in education (in person 5 days a week). I love reading, especially swapping book recommendations with friends, and love watching TV with roommates. Former theater kid and I play piano, guitar, and ukulele, and love singing with people. I’m very chill, easy-going, and friendly, and would love to be friends with roommates. I’m tidy and respectful of common spaces, and make sure to keep up with the cat hair.
✨ Jack: Jack is 25 (non-binary/queer) and works as a Broadway stage manager (in person six days a week). When home, they love to make curry, play music in their room, and ponder life’s questions in the backyard. Jack loves the nightlife between contracts but will creep in very quietly in the morning. You will probably never see them.
