The apartment is right across the street from the grocery store and about a 5-10 minute walk from both the green line and orange line. The room has its own storage closet and will come semi-furnished. It has parking and a shared backyard with the other two apartments on the upper floors. It has a washer and dryer in the basement, water and trash is included in rent, as well as having a spacious kitchen.

About the roomies

3 college student musicians looking to have our roommate’s room filled while he goes through cancer treatment. Hoping to find someone to cover his rent so his family can focus on his treatment! This means we’re looking for any roommate willing to stay any time from now until the end of August 2026.

We’re all pretty agreeable and accommodating people, and it’s a mixed gender household. Despite being musicians, we’re not usually super loud and also willing to keep the noise down if requested. We each make dinner for the group one night a week, and we often host board game and card game nights with our friend group on the weekends.
