Hello. I have a 3,300 sq. ft. home with 7 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Price includes all bills paid, one gig high speed internet, and a fully furnished room. The room for $850 has a Queen bedroom set , TV , and small refrigerator. Looking for roommates that are clean, like minded, easy going, trustworthy, and Respectful people. The house is in a quiet ,nice neighborhood that is convenient to I35 , I45 , & TX 130 (It is basically 2 miles from each one ).The corner of Pflugerville Parkway & Heatherwilde is the nearest intersection. Samsung( 15 miles) ,Dell( 5 miles), Amazon (3 miles) , and Tesla (15 miles)are close by. These are rough numbers but very close. Downtown Austin is 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Round Rock city limits is 2 miles away, so basically 3 cities to enjoy. My house is a place to recharge, decompress, and relax. It is not a party house.
