Private upstairs room in two bedroom one and a half bath townhouse. Unfurnished, with walk in closet. Property is really quiet on the end of the building with shared grassy area and trees.

There is currently only me and my small dog, so please no other pets. Cats might be ok if they get along. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself but I don’t mind chatting! I’m a big crafter so a lot of my free time is spent at home when I’m not working or hiking. I like to keep all shared spaces neat and clean but I don’t care how your private space is. All I ask is no smoking indoors and clean up after yourself.
