Very nice apartment complex and friendly residents. I’ve been here since it was opened in June 2024.

Already in Dallas preferred, but not necessary, because I would like for you to look at apartment and meet you prior to becoming roommate.

Student or someone on a lower fixed income that couldn’t normally afford an apartment on their own would be great.
