The House: The 290 sq.ft. master bedroom suite with private attached bathroom in a 1408 sq. ft. house in Citrus Heights. The room has a large closet high ceilings and a ceiling fan. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, dressers, a large sofa, desk and chair, and a TV.

The house has an updated kitchen, in-house laundry, ample street parking, good sized back yard, central AC, dishwasher, Internet, and a small amount of extra storage available. Utilities (water, sewage, trash, Internet) are included. Full use of the kitchen (including dishes and cookware), dining, living, and yard, which are fully furnished is included. Electric car charging is available for an additional fee.

The Location: Located in a neighborhood off Old Auburn Blvd., near Sunrise Ave and Fair Oaks Blvd. Quick access into Roseville. Easy access to shopping in Citrus Heights and I-80. The neighborhood is very quiet, with no thru traffic, and well-maintained houses.

The Roommate (Me!): I’m an early 30s female. I work full time as an engineer and run a small Etsy/craft fair sewing business out of the home office. I tend to be a night owl and am often doing projects around the house.
